On your Galaxy open Settings → About phone → Model number. The SM- code is also printed on the retail box and, on older models, under the battery cover.
Good to know
Trays are color-matched to the original housing where the finish is visible. Seat the tray by hand — never force it — and make sure the SIM sits flat in the recess before pushing it home.
